  3. that already happens time and time again. change happens when laws change and there’s funding. none of that has anything to do with cps workers or their superiors. they are the lowest on the totem pole. CHANGE STARTS AT THE TOP. cps can only do what they can do and that’s it. laws gotta change. how about holding the government responsible as an example so this stops completely. 😱😱
