19:40 false. cells are only untraceable if they are off & the battery is physically out of the phone. it is likely bk didn’t take his battery out. people have spoken on this many times since the case came out. the fbi will be able to trace his phone—they do not need to make up a storyline/reason for his phone to be turned off. also, speak with developers, they know more than these hodge podge lawyers.
