  1. Nope. The money comes straight BACK to the US and West. The Country given "aid" doesn't derive any benefit. That's why only the elites in that Country, controlled by the West, get rich and the vast amount of the money comes back to US companies. Even the money going to Ukraine is the same set up. That's why the Politicians are sssoooo rich. The get kick backs and money laundering.
