It's a means of spreading the printed dollars to countries outside USA, then those dollars end up in their economies to buy real things and the country's governmental reserves are then used to buy US treasuries which then are spent to expand and pay for the Bases. Circular way for these countries to pay for the Bases that surround and control them militarily as well! Devilishly Ingenious don't you think?

  16. Hello, it takes two to TANGO and keep it going! I've NEVER had problems dancing ALONE! It works SAME in marriage (relationships) and between Countries. A HEALTHY relationship is one of give and take and addressing festering problems. ALSO, India cannot have a centrally planned Government so comparisons here are not 🚫 going to work. STILL don't count her out. I've noticed BOTH attacks on India from Muslims, West and China AND that India still progresses a pace. When TheWest found The New World, they were travelling to India, where the MONEY was. China then took over. THEN it went West! NOW it is coming back East. BETTER for both countries to succeed than to actively engage in causing failure. Think on...
