  7. POOR UKRAINIANS. TORN BETWEEN THE EU AND RUSSIANS. THERE SHOULD BE NO WEST/EU ADJOINING RUSSIA AND VICE VERSA. THAT'S THE CRUX OF THE PROBLEM. UKRAINE SHOULD BE NEUTRAL. Nothing else for it. Otherwise it has to be torn in two and made into no mans land. NEGOTIATIONS seem to be out of the question forever it would seem, so raw it is.
