Michael and Radhika, the way it was explained to me once in economics was how come a banana brought all the way from a tropical country to Europe costs less than an apple grown locally, that was 3 to 4 times the price😮. Shocking to learn all the implications this has on the developing countries.😡🤬

  2. Not ONLY the above but the Europeans were then growing crops that they were selling to Africa and undercutting what Africans could grow. Staples like onions! Glad to see Ramaphosa say they'll be growing their own food. I've seen since childhood the starving Africans. To know it's a deliberate policy and now the Europeans face it is karmic.

  7.  @duellingscarguevara  Vile behavior on the part of the West towards all other countries in the world. They used to be sneaky but having gotten away with it all for so long, they've become unashamedly brazen. They thought they had the entire supply lines/chains covered and controlled. I'd like to say the fight is on but we know they're sneaking around AGAIN.
