  1. Practicality is that the $ is supported by oil. The fact it is based on someone else's asset as the basis means the USA CAN'T leave the MidEast and Oil without losing the power over the $. The $ and Oil are/is inextricably linked and has the biggest bang for the buck (pun intended😊). That's HOW the USA controls countries. HOW CAN THEY LEAVE? MUST BE MADE TO LEAVE! HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT AND TERRITORY is the answer. NB: Other energy sources MUST be made mainstream and diminish oil.
