@pecan11 She makes the program! They have tried other iterations and it didn't work as well. They don't have a problem but people watching ALWAYS do. Ben could interview Michael but it would be bland. They've had guests and made up 3 somed and it doesn't work. Michael needs Radhika. He just doesn't come across as good WITHOUT her. She makes the program! She keeps him on track, timings, subject, the flow. Michael just turns up and talks. Simply go watch him on his OWN and see for yourselves.

@pecan11 Every time Michael gets interviewed by someone else, at the end of the ANSWER, they don't KNOW what to ask him! They can't argue a point or ask decent probing questions. There is a silence and an unrelated question is asked. Michael CANNOT get away with it with Radhika. She channels and directs and has the intelligence to push back. You see interruption. She keeps pace. Go watch him being interviewed by others.
