Amongst common people man/woman male/female boy/girl etc are all terms that are directly linked to biological sex. People may present themselves as the opposite sex, and its often even appropriate to call them by the term that reflects that, but its a courtesy extended for social benefit, not a hard truth realized.

  38. ​ @kylea1436  I simply disagree with the premise that women, men, and ultimately even gender are terms completely disassociated with sex or based on whim or social construct. I understand sex and gender are not the same thing, but that they are simply intertwined. The near totallity of humanity is not assigned a gender but rather are informed what their gender objectively is. A woman is an adult human female and a man is an adult human male. This can be determined visually by sexual organs or when there is doubt the gametes produced can mostly determine gender. Imo, the very few cases that remain undeterminable are where your argument actually may have merit.

If the govt had even more control of the health care system we would see even more people transed. Ideologues that seek to destroy truth is the true motivator.
