@joefrommontana252 Trump has not been convicted or even charged with insurrection. Besides that the president is not an officer of the United States. FInally section 5 of the 14th states "The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article." The courts do not have the power to enforce this, even if he was found guilty of insurrection, which I repeat he hasnt even been charged with.
