  1. The 2A bans the government from making infringing on the peoples ability to own and bear arms for the purpose of militia. The 2A does not allow or disallow the public to do anything. The fact that SCOTUS doesnt even understand our most fundamental legal text works is disgraceful and paints them as partisan actors, not scholars upholding the intent of the constitution.
