  1. Yea, I had that experience but in Washington, DC. Two guys, one on each side stick their guns in my face. Nearly pissed my pants, but happy to be alive afterwards. Could happen anywhere.

  3. Well, this was 26 years ago and across the Maryland line right outside Capitol Heights Metro.  Late, maybe 10:30 pm.  After 2 and a half decades in Capitol Heights the next week I moved to Virginia.

I remember Anacostia being a place I wouldn't even crack my windows!  Lol.  It's a terrible thing to grow up in any of the bad places of the world and get comfortable there because that's all you know.  Who knows the switch that has to flip before someone will wake up and realize there is better somewhere else?  Wild times indeed.
