  2. So if testosterone goes down in married men, and then up again when single, wouldn't this suggest that testosterone is determined by our own mindset and the actions we decide to take? Married men tend to get complacent, but divorced men tend to put much more effort into their lives again. So testosterone seems to be based on the effort we decide to exert toward our lives and toward the things we want. Which means we have full control over our own testosterone levels.
