Keep in mind that the only good things about porn are temporary. Similar to drugs. It feels good in the moment, and it helps you be distracted from and avoid other problems that need to be addressed, but it's ultimately bad for the mind and body. You don't need porn to realize fantasies, and you don't need it to understand your body. So there is nothing truly good about it. Even a couple using it to spice things up is basically a mental way to go outside the marriage. It's unnecessary. There are other ways to raise the attraction of partners and throw in spice. And they didn't really say anything bad about nofap, except that you should ween yourself off of it, similar to drugs also.

@shin-ishikiri-no Nah, you stop watching porn as a man, It gets easier to filter out those social media addicted ones because your mind is no longer clouded by the drug. And you're treating yourself better, which means your standards raise, which means you'll notice women's bad behavior easier and faster and it gets easer to find good ones.
