  1. It's not really a tool. It's more of a subconscious thing everyone does that shows what is in their own heart. For example, if you know you always have good intentions to always do the right things, you will be more inclined to believe that about others also. So sometimes we all have to make a conscious effort to view reality as it is, and not just project what we would do or how we feel, because thats the natural thing to do.
