  1. Accepting and acknowledging our imperfections is the best way to go. This way, when we know what our weaknesses are, we can have a better chance to avoid doing the wrong thing that we are prone to doing. That is a humble mindset. Completely rejecting ourselves in any way is a more haughty mindset, which is toxic and hurtful to ourselves and basically guarantees that we will do the wrong thing much more often.
