  1.  michael piro  You said Jesus's disciples are not defined by their works, but by their faith. Do you know the bible basically says the exact opposite of your statement here? James 2:26 says "Just as the body without spirit is dead, so also faith without works is dead".

  2.  michael piro  Ok. I acknowledge the scripture you've shown me here, but you did not acknowledge the one I showed you. We are not saved SOLELY by our works, this is true because we need faith like you said. Now James 2:26 says that we cannot have one without the other. Faith without works is dead. In other words, words without actions to back them up are meaningless.
