@ericclayton9080 This sounds more like he settled for a woman he wasn't really romantically interested in. Think about it. She had to grow on him. In other words, he wasn't interested in her but he found some things he liked about her after a while. Taking her on as a responsibility and was fun. In other words, she was kind of a burden to him because he didn't really want her there, but he could still have fun together with her when she was there. She became a duty and he didn't want to be bothered with her. In other words, he has no motivation to put effort into the relationship because he just has no real romantic interest. It just sounds like he had trouble attracting the woman he truly wanted, and just gave up and settled down with a woman he kind of liked. This is an issue for many men because they don't figure out what they've been doing wrong.

@roses6564 That makes sense. Still, worrying about fertility and eligibility is also a fear. And making a decision based on fear leaves us all vulnerable to settling for someone we don't want. As a matter of fact, fear is the sole reason for settling for someone we don't truly want to be with. So, facing our fears and becoming ok with that outcome we once feared is the solution. It makes us more calm and not in a rush, which actually makes us more attractive.

Partly true, but your definition of love is incomplete. Love is also FUN. Love is also PLAYFUL. Love is LIGHT-hearted and easy to carry and easy to feel. Love is kind and honest and vulnerable and looks out for the other person's interests. Love is self-control. Love is humble. Love is mildness. Love is enjoyable to show and enjoyable to receive. Love is impartial. Love is allowing others to be free to choose to be with us or choose not to. Love is also showing these things to YOURSELF. All people are, in fact, looking for these things, which is love, whether they know it or not. Even you. Even me. You can even see that in the comments of your videos. They yearn to show it and have it be appreciated as well as feel it themselves. We'll all have to acknowledge these things of what love actually is if we want any chance at filling fulfilled and lifting the heaviness that plagues many of us. In this world, most of us are not shown what love actually is, so we don't know how to find it, and sometimes it feels foreign to us when we haven't experienced much of it. That's why so many of us yearn to FEEL it. We have to be properly shown it before we can properly show it to others. It's just hard to find the correct way to show it in this world. That's why the bible is a good place to start. The bible creates a good foundation for us in an otherwise almost loveless world.
