When women say that all men are the same, they aren't talking about their job and hobby. Its more about how the men show up, because this is what sparks feelings within them. It's usually in a way where they are too worried about what the woman thinks of them, so they hold their true selves back, or become approval seeking or relinquish the lead to the woman. Also, taking a risk is good, but only the type of risk of going for your goals or getting rejected. Not exaggerating yourself or showing off. Thats approval seeking behavior. Its unattractive for a man. Thats what women tend to do. Like wearing makeup for example. Its feminine. You're actually at your most attractive when you can be fully yourself at all times and have your own boundaries and standards that you uphold. This can also mean having the courage to be yourself and dress how you genuinely like to dress for yourself WITHOUT worrying about the judgment of others.
