@exiledfrommyself That is due to the bad leadership of the supervisors. The main part of union contracts is that employees have to WORK in order to keep a job. If a supervisor is so lazy or complacent or afraid that they don't want to administer discipline to people like that, then it's the supervisor that should be disciplined. A union won't be able to defend a worker that refuses to work. I understand your point though, because despite all of this, the people in charge just ignore it and pretend that it's not happening. I've learned that I cannot control others, so there is no point in worrying about it, and I just focus on bettering myself. This is part of what helps me to stay calm.

@exiledfrommyself I say they refuse, because if they really wanted to, they can learn, but choosing not to learn and using the "I don't know how to do it excuse", is basically a refusal. They get away with it, because the leaders don't understand this or just don't know how to handle it. Also, its messed up that they let the good workers go. I understand your frustration on that, and it happens so often. Its backwards and it's why many companies waste so much money.
