The UK just imported over a million people in one year, on top of half a million a year for decades. So why would we be shocked that our infrastructure and resources are inadequate?

@geoffreydron1496 "The NHS is one of the largest and most complex organisations in the world" Which is in itself an indication that something is not right. Why dose it take such a vast organization to provide healthcare to such a relatively small country, when much larger countries do not have comparable edifices?

@run2cat4run If you import millions of people into a small country in a very short time - is it any wonder existing infrastructure and resources are inadequate to cope with the massive extra demand?
