  1. The real issue is the vast numbers of immigrants every year (now over a million) is making housing prohibitively expensive through simple supply and demand. House prices were stable is this country until the late 90s when immigration took off like a rocket. We need much, much lower numbers over all. And that's the one thing the political class just will not contemplate.
