They are actively trying to encourage more people to come here. I can think of no other reason you would do this.

@Attilla-bz8fx "we haven't been British for a thousand years" England has been a unified nation since the Dark Ages, and the Roman referred to this land as "Britannia". Learn some national history before you casually dismiss the extinction of an entire people.

@Attilla-bz8fx Well - obviously the physical piece of land will still be here. But nothing of "England" as an ethnic identity will be left by the end of this century. The Great Replacement's ultimate goal - nothing left of European peoples or culture.
