@Icculu5 "He didn't return them after he was voted out" Doesn't have to. He could literally leave boxes of them on the sidewalk and no one would have the right to stop him. President has unlimited authority on this - unlike the Vice President, which is what Biden was when he illegally stole classified material and horded it in his garage.
