  1. Yes. Plus they've also got to hit diversity quotas in hiring now, leading to an inevitable fall in quality. Plus they've been told to prioritize hurty-words over actual crime. Plus the endless tide of fighting age males from backward cultures flooding into the country makes the war unwinnable anyway.

  2. I don't normally stick up for the police - but with the government flooding the country with fighting age Muslim men and refusing to deport anyone: there's a limit to what they can do to contain the rape problem. Which doesn't excuse them for the thought-crime nonsense of course.
