  1. If you've read the Ian Fleming novels - hearing "Bond" talk like this is almost laugh out loud funny. It's so tonally "off" it's like an "Enid Blyton" novel where the children are screaming the F word and using chainsaws as weapons

  2. I'm a life-long Bond fan, and I decided to quietly close the book on it after "Spectre": I could already sniff which way the franchise was headed, and from what I've heard since, I'd rather just keep my fond memories intact.
