  5. It's a lie - like all the lies used to justify open borders. The NHS "needs" more and more staff because of the population explosion caused by immigration. And as you say - the vast majority who come here and not working. That's to say nothing of the collapse in the job prospects for the British caused by the endless flood of immigrant labour.
