@hocusfocus5195 Human's are designed to eat meat, it's a natural and healthy part of our diet. If you doubt this, look in your mouth and you'll find teeth specifically designed to tear flesh. It's no more outrageous for us to eat meat than it is for a fox or a cat.

The solution is more (reasonably lean) meat, and fewer carbs. The exact opposite of what we are told.
