What's "indentured" about saying "if you want to keep your job - turn up for work"? That's normal for us outside the cossetted world of the public sector. We refuse to work, we get sacked.

The unions promoted every single policy that is currently tormenting this country. The nerve of them thinking the rest of us should pay for them to be shielded from the consequences.

@alanbraham3981 Unions wanted open borders, limitless immigration, money-printing, lock-downs, and an ever expanding state. All the things that are causing the current pain. Why should we be taxed more so can be shielded from the consequences, while we have to just suffer?

@alanbraham3981 Every single problem this country has now ,started on 1st May 1997, when a party of traitors embarked on a premediated plan to utterly destroy this country. The unions backed them every single step. Some of us have memories longer than a goldfish.

I never heard the unions complaining when the police started arresting people for wrong-think. But then - the police were arresting the kind of people the unions didn't like. I.E. the non-woke.

Whenever I hear union mouthpieces talk about why they on strike - they always trail off into a directionless left wing rant about bringing down the government. That makes me very suspicious about why this is happening.
