  1. I wish my mother was so clear headed - she still thinks every word the BBC utters is pure gospel truth. I've had to take to just nodding and changing the subject whenever she presents me with the BBC's latest opinion as if it's a fact.

  2. I find it helps my sanity to just think of the BBC the same way as one would think of North Korean state TV. When the BBC says "far right" anything, you just shrug and accept that it's like NK TV talking about tractor production statistics.
