  3. They're getting their narrative in place so when the crisis they created hits - they can use it as an excuse to do the things they were always going to do anyway. You can never be cynical enough when it comes to the global elites.

  4. The elites will already be planning how they can use this crisis they created to their advantage: they'll be using it as an excuse for more government intrusion, more economic repression, more "refugees", more censorship etc etc.
