  3.  @MCNOISE666  In the old South Africa though, the black communities had no political power, but they were by and large left to run themselves with minimal interference from the white minority government: which confined itself to foreign policy, running infrastructure etc. By contrast, our government is determined to have their boot permanently on the neck of the natives, with constant harassment and intimidation.
