This should inspire us here in the UK - just a couple of years ago, things in America looked incredibly bleak: with Trump about to go to jail, censorship rampant, cancel culture ubiquitous, lawfare from partisan government agencies, open borders, and the Dems in control of everything. A lot can change in just a couple of years.

  2.  @benjaminsmith3843  I don't underestimate that - but the old "never-Trump" Rino Republicans have been deeply humiliated and greatly diminished. They don't control the conservative movement anymore, and their ability to sabotage it is gone by dint of their irrelevance to a party that has left them behind.
