West-to-west immigration is usually fine. It's not Germans or French or Poles who are causing the series of social crisis we're seeing at the moment.

The BBC are notorious for selecting audiences to create the consensus in the studio that they want. When they got Nick Griffin on, they handpicked every member to make some kind of anti-British point one after the other.

@adrianbetts2499 How did Brexit "oblige" us to take anyone?
2
We've imported far too many of the wrong kind of people. That's the elephant in the room no one will address.

@adrianbetts2499 "There is a desperate need for workers in the UK" No that's a media lie. We've imported around 15 millions people in the last 20 years, and have millions more sitting on various forms of welfare. Mass immigration is a way to supress wages and avoid investing in our own education system. "If we can't get them from Europe 🇪🇺 like we could before Brexit" Explain how Brexit prevents bringing in someone from Poland but "obligates" us to take people from Nigeria.

@adrianbetts2499 For a start - bins are emptied in the morning not "in the middle of the night", and vegetables are not generally picked in the middle of winter. Secondly - you did not address the point that we have had staggering levels of immigration for a quarter of a century, and these "labour shortages" supposedly persist. Of course this is not really a labour shortage - it's a desire by the ruling class to have very cheap labour. Wages have been so forced down by immigration, that's it not worth while to come of benefits, and so the only people who will work for such wages are single men from the poorest countries. This is a ponzi scheme. And by the way - you still haven't explained why it's any harder to bring in people from Europe than Africa. The real reason of course - Africans will work for less.

@adrianbetts2499 As I said - generally. But no, I've never seen a midnight bin collection. I have never heard of any EU minimum wage.

@adrianbetts2499 "Mainly African" There you are. It's cheaper to import single men from poor countries. That's what they mean by "labour shortage" - "we don't want to pay a liveable wage".

@adrianbetts2499 You're now just circling back to the same claim I've already de-bunked.
