They always do the same thing if you can stand to watch - they select the least articulate person who calls in, (taking advantage of the fact that they are used to being radio and the caller is not) spew insults and straw-man arguments to try and throw off the caller's train of thought, cut them off the moment they start to make a solid point: then strut around proclaiming how much more intelligent they are these awful "gammon". Every. Single. Time.

  2. O'Brien wrote a book about what is wrong with Britain - and put a huge picture of himself on the cover. And I doubt he's even self-aware enough to understand why that's funny.
