Why do they move to another country and then spend their lives trying to make it exactly like the place they came from? And why does anyone else tolerate them doing it?

@exert2020 Since the founding, part of the deal with becoming an American was your loyalty to America trumped any loyalties you had to the place you left. Sadly not all groups embrace that. . . . . . .
