Did they think they could just wantonly inflict misery and suffering on people forever, and no one would ever fight back? I'm astonished people have been so patient with them for so long: but everyone has their breaking point.

@jiubboatman9352 Most of us learn as kids that violence is the only thing bullies respect. You can try to reason with them, you can try to beg, plead, cry: and they'll just smirk, and keep tormenting you. Then when you finally hit them - they will cry and wail that you just "hit me for no reason!" like the cowards they are. That's what happened here - the bullies pushed some of their victims too far, someone hit them, and now they're crying about how they are the victims.

@staticgrass Most of us learn as kids that if you torment someone enough - sooner or later you get a violent response. Violence is never pretty, but it's the only form of communication that bullies will listen to. You can try to reason, beg, plead and cry: and they'll just smirk, and keep hurting you.
