  1. I think it's starting to hit a lot of women that they no longer have a fall-back option. It was fun being a "career woman" when you could still have someone else take care of everything when it got to be exhausting, but now they're starting to realize that it's just going to be the grind forever, and the escape-hatch is now sealed.
