@yoloswaggins7121 It's far more likely the orders that were handed down from the Hamas commanders were to avoid military targets and focus the violence exclusively on civilians: and to behave with the most barbaric cruelty possible. Which of course they were only too happy to do because, ya know. . . . . .Islam. They needed to commit the most horrible atrocities imaginable to provoke the Israelis into a massive response.

@yoloswaggins7121 "Judaism and Islam are basically the same religion." No, they're not. Jews have lived in my country for hundreds of years with no issues: Muslims have been here for 50, and are tearing this country apart.

The westerners who hate Israel invariably also hate the west itself - that means the west itself is likely to collapse before it has much impact on it's over-all pro-Israel stance.

Arabs have always hated Jews - this is not a new development, and everyone in Israel rightly accepts it as an unalterable fact of life. For all their bloviating, none of the Arabs have lifted a finger to help Hamas because they don't like them either.

The woke left in America, do indeed hate Israel. They also hate America. And they think men can get pregnant. America is in more danger from them than Israel. Israel needs America less than it once did, they have their own advanced military industries, a population determined to survive, and they can trade with far more countries in the region than they once could.

They gob-off endlessly with the usual anti-Semitic hand-wringing, but none of them have the feintest interest in starting a war they'd certainly lost to benefit a group they don't even like.
