  1. That would help - but the only real way to stop this to forcefully remove people. Very forcefully if necessary, and to keep doing when ugly things inevitably happen as a result.

A quick glance at history shows there has only ever been one way to stop hordes of rootless young men swarming in and helping themselves to your land, goods and women - and it's not with laws and statutes. Unless we're willing to do some things that the Guardian is going to howl about - we will never stop this.

Older me who has more understanding of how the real world works and can see what is happening has no qualms" One is more willing to be ruthless when one has seen the consequences of squeamishness. After the grooming gangs scandal and the explosion of rape and violence all across Europe - I'm not that concerned about the "optics" of things any more.

  4. The Israelis because of their recent history understand the realities of the world. We've been insulated from reality for so long we think you can stop invasions by asking nicely.
