  1. It's amazing what governments will do to distract from their own failings. South Africa is bordering on being a failed state, but they apparently have time to get involved in the Israel Gaza war.

  2.  @kell4674  I said "bordering" on being a failed state: which is reasonable in a country that cannot maintain even the most basic law and order, and which can't keep the lights on even in major cities. More or less everything has deteriorated since the ANC took power.
