  2. Exactly - it's a cultural mentality of hatred of the host country. No matter how generous and accommodating the host country is. We have the same problem in the UK in a slightly different form.

  3. Exactly. I don't care if the already rich lose their cheap labour if it mean we get back the high-trust, homogenous society we used to have: where crime was low and housing didn't cost your entire monthly pay-cheque.
