  2. You have to remember - he doesn't think he's done anything wrong. And he lives in Hollywood - where killing someone and maiming another through gross negligence is a trivial matter, but "misgendering" someone is career ending.

  3.  @canadiantoque229  Lol - that's not how it works. You can't make a provably false derogatory statement about someone, e.g. "This woman is a rioter and an insurrectionist". You can make a simple observation about someone's actions whoever derogatory it may be, e.g "Alec Baldwin killed a woman".
