  1. "You look at it and you say "this isn't a 3rd world country, but it IS!" That's really how it feels. Everything in the west is devolving, rotting, degenerating. Even thinking back a mere 20 years ago, there's a real. . . . ."meanness" to our whole society now that didn't used to be there. And the most powerful people in society are actively engineering that rot.
