  2. I'm afraid to say there is certain demographic that only fears police violence. I don't mean arrest and prosecution, I mean the beat-down dished out in the back of the police van so you know not to come to that neighbourhood again. That kind of police violence has mostly gone (which is a good thing of course), but it means that the people who literally don't care about anything but physical pain, are running wild.
