  2. I used to think losing weight was hard - but having lost 40lb last year, I was forced to the conclusions that it's honestly not. And the more excess weight you have, the easier it comes off. It only get difficult if you want to get down to sub 20% body fat. What is a legitimate complaint is that for 40 years we've been lied to and told animal fats are what cause obesity. It's not, it's excess carbohydrates.
