Whatifalthist talks a lot about this subject - the current political, economic and cultural set-up simply doesn't offer young men anything. They can't get jobs worth a damn, they can't get laid, they can't get married or have a family, they can't buy a house: and on top of all that they are relentlessly demonized, shamed and insulted, at the same time as being told they are "privileged". The entire current ruling coalition is held together by a shared contempt for men, especially white men. It's pretty much a recipe for rage.
