  1. I had the exact same thought. They don't even care if this goes nuclear - they will be warm and safe in their underground bunkers, happily issuing decrees for martial law and gleefully signing death warrants. Psychos.

  2. I'm British. The last war we were clearly and unambiguously justified in fighting was the Falklands war in 1982. Everything since then has ranged from "questionable" to outright malicious.

  3. I've come to the rather depressing conclusion in the last few years that vast numbers of people, are not people in any meaningful sense. Yes they are exhibiting the biological indicators of life like respiration and excretion: but when it comes to the real things that make a human being different from lichen - independent thought, independent action, reasoned analysis etc: well. . . . . . .they might as well be robots. The media tells them to repeat something - they repeat it. Verbatim. Word for word. No thought whatever. And if the media tells them to say something opposite tomorrow - they will, without a seconds reflection or hesitation.

  4. "NATO has no logical reason to make their population freeze to death" Didn't you hear? We're going to own nothing, live in pods, and eat bugs. That's the plan, and they know we won't comply voluntarily. They need to get us miserable and wretched enough that the idea of a pod and a bowl of mashed insects seems actually appealing.
