  49. All they had to do was apologize when this first blew up. Make a simple, unpretentious, sincere apology: that wasn't one of those mealy-mouthed, "sorry you took it personally snowflake" type apologies. If they had done that, this would be over by now and everyone would have moved on. But like all these corporations: they're just too arrogant to do that.
