  1. "There doesn't seem to be any other movie of this sort" I think "The Eternal Jew" is probably closest to it in tone - a vicious snarling diatribe of lies intended to create hatred and justify violence.

  2. In my country - there are laws against incitement to racial hatred. There would seem to be a prima-facie case that this film violates those laws.
